Cop Painting: Rep. Lacy Clay to File Lawsuit Regarding Removed Painting

Rep. Lacy Clay will file a federal lawsuit tomorrow morning in Washington, D.C. on behalf of student artist David Pulphus. Pulphus is the young artist whose award-winning entry in Missouri’s 1st Congressional District’s Art contest “Untitled #1” generated controversy months after in hung in a tunnel connecting the Cannon House Office Building and the U.S. Capitol.
